All residents are invited to join us in celebrating American Independence Day this year on Thursday, July 4th!

PPMD April Update

Hello Perry Park Metropolitan District residents,

We now have completed agreements and land transfers with Windfield Enterprises to preserve an open space areas at the end of Apache Drive. A cul-de-sac will be built there and the PPMD will have open space area there for residents. The remaining region is privately owned land and is planned to be fenced off.

2024 Perry Park Community Slash Pile Burn Project

This is a notice to the residents of the Perry Park Ranch development and surrounding properties that upcoming weather conditions may permit the burning of the community slash pile located in the former Spring Canyon gravel pit at the NW corner of Perry Park.  If conditions are favorable the burn may occur beginning anytime Wednesday - 13 March, 2024 and last through Friday - 15 March, 2024.

4th of July Committee Meeting - Feb 22nd, 2024

PPMD 2024 Budget & 1-year temporary mill levy (tax rate) reduction

PPMD is lowering your taxes in a 1-year temporary mill levy reduction, due to the dramatic increase in property valuations. This, along with Douglas County's recent reduction, will result in lower-than-planned taxes for you. It is a 1-year temporary mill levy reduction, it is not permanent.
