Douglas County Slash/Mulch site will open for the 2024 season on April 6 through Oct. 26 (weather permitting) on Saturdays only from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This is a free service for Douglas County residents that is open each weekend during the season for you to drop off your trimming removal. Removal of slash is one thing residents can do to help reduce the spread of wildfires or danger to your property.
