Hello Perry Park Metropolitan District residents,

October begins our budgetary season, with the board preparing and approving the 2025 budget. We plan to have our budget working session October 23rd in a special meeting after our regular October 10th meeting, and the public is invited to all of our sessions.

Please note that the online meeting link has changed. We have recently switched management companies and they use a different videoconferencing software. We no longer use Zoom, but a separate system. Please pay attention to the latest meeting announcements for the proper link.

Please join us for a presentation by the UC Denver's College of Architecture and Planning on Wauconda Park improvement ideas, and an opportunity for the community to provide feedback, other ideas, and discussion!

In the PPMD's goal to make Wauconda Park a more desirable and utilized resource in our neighborhood, we are trying to move from a wide range of ideas received from residents and the UC Denver program, and into a more solid vision for Wauconda Park.
