About Perry Park

District Information

Nestled against Pike National Forest in Douglas County, Colorado, is the unique community of Perry Park Ranch. Located between Denver and Colorado Springs, south of Castle Rock, it is convenient to all the amenities of daily life, yet offers the relaxed atmosphere of a remote Colorado mountain setting.

The main function of the Perry Park Metropolitan District is to maintain common areas, parks, and entry features within the District Boundaries. At this time, the District is not anticipating providing any other primary functions.

Come celebrate the shortest day of the year around a warming bonfire.  Dress warmly.  And bring along a flashlight, too, to guide you through the longest night of the year.  The Club will be serving hot chocolate.  But you have to provide your own cheer.

PPMD Awarded Wildfire Mitigation Grant

The Perry Park Metropolitan District (PPMD) has been awarded a wildfire mitigation grant through the Forest Restoration & Wildfire Risk Mitigation (FRWRM) grant program funded by the State of Colorado. This grant is for accomplishing wildfire fuels reduction and forest health mitigation work to be performed within the PPMD. This is a fabulous opportunity for our community to achieve another major milestone on the path to becoming a Wildfire Adapted Community!
